Join us for a kids' activity, knitting group, workshop, ritual meditation, and community online discussion!

NOTE: Due to concern about Coronavirus, OLOTEAS will NOT be meeting at the Longhouse in March.
We will host our event online-only, on the Zoom platform.

Rituals & Workshops:
3:00pm – 4:00pm Online Activity Group: Stitching Witches (with Jennifer)
Please join us as we explore the concept of a magical knitting circle. What does that means? How does one go about this? Should we be mixing knitting and magic? Knitting and crochet and all skill levels welcome. If you have any books or resources to share – gather them to show!

4:00pm – 5:30pm Online Workshop: Introduction to Quantum Physics and Metaphysics (with Bobby)
This topic originated as a fairly straightforward discussion of the basics of quantum mechanics, but quantum physics and metaphysics may be "entangled" beyond the possibility of separation. We will explore the apparent symmetry of scale between empirical observations in metaphysics and specific interpretations of classic quantum paradoxes.
-- No prior background in quantum or classical physics is necessary. The only prerequisite is a willingness to contemplate and explore some Really Weird Stuff.

5:30pm – 6:00pm Online Ritual: A Guided Visualization for Connection, Protection, and Courage (with Stephanie)
Together, we will take some time to remember that we are not alone even if we are not together, to ask for protection for our communities, and to recognize our inner courage and ability to face this challenging time. If you wish, have a candle to light during the ritual or some other magickal object you can use for focus.

6:00pm – 7:00pm OLOTEAS Online Community Discussions
Using Zoom's "Breakout Room" sessions, we will have 3 moderated spaces available for social conversations for one hour. Stay in the main room (where you enter the Zoom meeting) for a general discussion, or choose to join a room for folx who want to specifically talk about Covid19-related issues, or a room for folx who specifically do NOT want to talk about anything related to Covid19 right now.

A Note About the OLOTEAS Parents, Etc. Facebook group: 
For the parents in our community, if you are not already a member, you may be interested in joining the OLOTEAS Parents, Etc. group, where we will be sharing resources for education and entertainment for the kiddos who are stuck at home, as well as children's programming info for our March 28 services. This group is ONLY for family members of children in the OLOTEAS community, and is a private group. To join, please send a friend request to the OLOTEAS Pastor FB account (https://www.facebook.com/oloteas.pastor – not the FB group), and also send a DM requesting membership. You will then receive an invitation to join the group.
