How do I volunteer to be OLOTEAS Staff?
To become part of the OLOTEAS all-volunteer staff, please speak to a current staff member.  
We have a mentorship program for people interested in learning more about the role of OLOTEAS staff. The program includes: 

• Helping out and shadowing staff during OLOTEAS event days, until you learn the ropes of all aspects of our events. 
  

• Preparing for and being a guest ritualist in the main ritual on an OLOTEAS event day. 
  

• Attending monthly mentorship meetings, and some of the monthly OLOTEAS admin meetings. These are typically virtual meetings held on Wednesday evenings. 
  

• Getting to know current OLOTEAS staff members. 
  

 
Being on the OLOTEAS staff requires a large commitment of time and some resources: 

• You are expected to be in regular communication with other staff members on Discord and email. 
  

• You are expected to attend OLOTEAS events, the monthly admin meeting, and staff-funded retreats (two 1-day annual retreats and 1 weekend annual retreat). 
  

 
When done in service to the Community, being OLOTEAS staff is very rewarding!
