If you want to vend, provide a service, or even set up an informational booth about your group or other topics of interest to the OLOTEAS Community....
What? Anything legal to vend as either service or ware *should* be acceptable. Some examples of wares and services that we have had are: jewelry, crafts, baked goods, clothing, magickal supplies, art, cards & gifts, henna, temporary tattoos, tarot readings, massage, face painting, hair design, etc. Be creative! How much? There are no additional fees for vending; vendors contribute in the same way as all other event participants. No cut will be taken for vending or service fees. When? Vendors may vend for as little or as much of an event as they wish, within the site opening and site closing time restrictions and around the main ritual. Where? Please see a staff member when you arrive to find out where to set up your vending space. Space is first come, first get. Please note that indoor space is very limited. How? Vendors should plan to bring their own tables, booths, blankets, umbrellas, etc. What events to save the date for? You may vend an any OLOTEAS event, but be sure to save the date for: - Beltaine Faire – 4th Saturday of April - Earth and Sky Pagan Campout – 4th weekend of July, Friday–Sunday - Concentric Circles – 4th weekend of February Who?
