Questions?
Thank you for all forms of your support and contributions! Please ask staff questions at events, or email OLOTEAS (at) oloteas (dot) org. And join our Facebook group, Discord server, or Community Email list to also ask questions there!

Donate to OLOTEAS online
You can donate to OLOTEAS through PayPal, choosing either a one-time donation via the Donate button, or a recurring donation via the Subscribe button and form. Donations of any amount are appreciated!

One-Time Donations:

Recurring Donations:
How many times would you like this to recur? (including this payment)
How often do you want this donation to recur?
How much do you want to donate each time?

Donate at our monthly events:
We ask everyone to make a donation when they come to events (usually a minimum of $10 per person, asked only for ages 13 and up). No one is turned away from a regular OLOTEAS event for lack of funds, but events are expensive, so we do sincerely ask you to contribute if you are able.

Why are donations needed? The costs for each of our events include coffee bar, cakes and ale, ritual supplies, and use of the site. Other organizational expenses include maintaining our website domain, annual incorporation fees, and PO Box rental.

Some fun facts (what does your donation buy?):
  • The apple juice we often use for the "ale" in our rituals costs $7 a gallon (or $13 for the good stuff)
  • Torch oil and firewood costs about $23 per month
  • $151 updates our big first aid kit
  • $113 replaces our tiki torches
  • $27 fills our basket of sunscreen and bug spray for the sunny, buggy months
  • Every little bit helps! $1 gets us about 5 tea light candles, 3 cups of tea, or about 7 compostable plates!

The amount we receive in door donations is less than the cost to put on an event; door donations fall short by about $300 per month. Our annual Harvest fundraiser is a way we try to make up the difference between donations received and our total expenses. Your financial contributions sustain OLOTEAS.
