Volunteer with OLOTEAS! 

Conduct a workshop or ritual: 
We invite groups and individuals to present workshops and rituals at our Concentric Circles (February) and Earth and Sky Pagan Campout (July) events. We also sometimes have workshops conducted by guest presenters at our regular monthly events. Please contact us at OLOTEAS (at) oloteas (dot) org if you have workshop topics you are interested in sharing with our community. 


Help out during an event day: 
 
During site set-up, 1:00–2:00 PM: 
Please pre-arrange to help with set-up, as doors do not open until 2:00 PM.  

• Coordinate with the Set-up Lead for tasks you can help with 

• Set up the Community Altar 

• Set up the workshop space in the blockhouse 

• Help set up ritual space (usually in the Stone Circle) 
  
  

After doors open, during the day, 2:00–9:00 PM: 

•  Keep an eye on the coffee/hot water/cups supply throughout the day 

• Help to set out potluck dishes (about 5:00 PM) 

• Clear the potluck tables (around 6:15 PM) 

• Bring stray dishes back into the kitchen from the rest of the house 
  
  

During clean-up, 9:00–10:00 PM: 

• Coordinate with the Clean-up Lead for tasks that you can help with 

• Vacuum the rooms in the Longhouse and Block House 

• Collect trash from waste baskets 

• Clean up the kitchen area 

• Schlep storage containers into the OLOTEAS closet
