Welcome to OLOTEAS!
Our Lady of the Earth and Sky is a non-denominational Pagan church. We are a volunteer-run, non-profit religious organization providing family-oriented Pagan religious services and workshops since 1995. We are dedicated to promoting religious tolerance and freedom and environmental sustainability. OLOTEAS monthly services include a workshop, potluck dinner, and ritual in a beautiful natural setting featuring a stone circle, heated swimming pool, hot tub, and acres of wetlands. Join us on the 4th Saturday of each month... Our next event is: Saturday, October 23, 2021 - Mixed Online AND Outside, in person at Meridian Playground --------------------------------------------- Wanna chat between events? Join us on the new OLOTEAS Discord server! https://discord.gg/CJKsksmDED --------------------------------------------- About OLOTEAS:
OLOTEAS community events are open to the public. All are welcome, regardless of age, ethnicity, religion, political affiliation, gender identity, or gender preference. For specific concerns or questions about accessibility, please email OLOTEAS (at) oloteas (dot) org. OLOTEAS is designed to be a safe space for everyone. We each come from different spiritual and cultural backgrounds, and we come together to intentionally create a welcoming and inclusive environment in which personal responsibility is encouraged, and bodily autonomy is respected. For this reason, no alcohol or non-prescribed drugs are allowed on site*, and behavior that violates consent will not be tolerated. We ask everyone to participate in our welcoming culture as you interact with others here. If you have questions, problems, or feel unsafe in any way, PLEASE talk to a staff member. OLOTEAS is an anti-racist church. As American Pagans we are surrounded by a culture of racism that then permeates our Paganism, not because it is in our nature, but because it is in our nurturing. As we intentionally create a culture that strives to welcome and include all different spiritual and cultural backgrounds in sanctuary, we are committed to the work of acknowledging, addressing, and unlearning racism. We also encourage environmental stewardship and support religious freedom through grassroots actions and working with existing organizations dedicated to similar goals. * (We've been asked about onsite marijuana use. If you have a prescription, you may partake in your own vehicle. Recreational use or sharing with others or open use onsite is not allowed. Thank you for your understanding.) |
