LH Stewardship Schedule, Summer 2023
Sunday, May 14th - 11am - 4pm
Sunday, May 28th - 11am - 4pm
Sunday, June 4th - 11am - 4pm
Sunday, June 18th - 11am - 4pm
 
These are not OLOTEAS events, they support the wonderful place and the residential community who live onsite at the Longhouse. They need lots of help with many projects – heavy, medium, and lighter for people of all abilities.
Please be 'on time' or 'early' to participate in this event and must be 18+ years old.
 
A light lunch and bottled water is provided.
Consider bringing:

• Light jacket/raincoat/hat - dressing in layers is a good idea
• Change of clothes if you get dirty or wet
• Work gloves/shoes/boots
• Tools that might be helpful (pruners, clippers, shovels, rakes, weed whackers, etc.) please mark your name on them!
• Sunscreen - we can hope :)
• Bug spray

 
Event Schedule:
11:00 AM - Greetings and Safety Orientation (30 minutes)
11:30 AM - Team and Task Assignment (15 minutes)
11:45 AM - First Work Period (1 hour, 30 minutes)
1:15 PM - Lunch Break (45 minutes)
2:00 PM - Second Work Period (1 hour, 20 minutes)
3:20 PM - Tools Up (20 minutes)
3:40 PM - Debriefing and Acknowledgments (20 minutes)
4:00 PM - Done!
