Volunteer With OLOTEAS Guilds

OLOTEAS Guilds are for those who wish to help with our events. Below is a list of our current Guilds and information about how to volunteer with them. You may also volunteer for a Guild by talking directly with a Guild manager at any OLOTEAS event. If you would like to suggest a new Guild for consideration, contact oloteas@oloteas.org.

Some Guilds have managers that rotate from event to event. If you wish to volunteer for one of these Guilds, you can expect to hear from different members of the OLOTEAS Council for each event.

Please note that OLOTEAS Guild volunteer lists are managed via VolunteerSpot, a separate volunteer management website. When you click a button to volunteer with a Guild, you will be leaving the OLOTEAS site and taken to VolunteerSpot. Your contact information will not be shared with anyone outside OLOTEAS as a result of this.  VolunteerSpot will ask for your email address and phone number.  Please note also that as a result of VolunteerSpot’s limitations, only one email address is listed at that website for all of the OLOTEAS Guilds. For Guilds with permanent managers, please refer to the email addresses listed in the descriptions below for specific information, rather than the address listed at VolunteerSpot.
