3:45 pm: <Stone Circle Zoom link starts as Ritual space>

4:00 pm - 4:50 pm: Ritual: Opening Circle (With OLOTEAS, Stone Circle Zoom link)
Greetings, orientation, and intention-setting for the Earth and Sky Pagan Camp-IN.

5:00 pm - 6:20 pm: Workshop/Ritual: Local Deities in Ritual (With Cascadia Grove ADF, Stone Circle Zoom link)
Former ADF Archdruid Kirk Thomas will give a short talk about using local deities in ritual and how we do that in ADF.  He'll then lead an ADF High Day rite for Lughnassadh. There will be time during the ritual for you to make offerings at your own home altars, which mirrors how we do offerings in public ritual.  Everyone of good intent is welcome to join!
More information about Cascadia Grove ADF is available at http://www.adfcascadia.org/

6:30 pm - ~6:45 pm: Ritual: Meet John Barleycorn (With Cascadian Sean Ciall, Stone Circle Zoom link)
Join Cascadian Sean Ciall in ritually welcoming Lugh, as John Barleycorn, to the Fires of Lughnasadh. We recommend participating from a position where you can move easily! Followed immediately by Lugh's presence in His shrine.

~6:45 pm - 7:30 pm: Lugh is present in His shrine (Stone Circle Zoom link, ask the Warden for an audience)
Lugh and his Warden will host an available space for those who wish to spend time, discuss, and converse with Lugh. As Lugh has been brought into this space to share in our merriment, this will be a celebration for the harvest. The shrine is open to all. Ask the Warden for an audience for yourself or your group.

7:30 pm: Bardic Circle Begins (Hosted by Tasha from Sean Ciall Song Circle, Bardic Fire Zoom link)
Pick, Pass, or Play! Bring a favorite song, story, poem, or dance to share at our annual ESP Bardic Circle! Works may be original or created by another beloved artist. Spectators welcome!

12:30 am: <Bardic Fire open social Zoom link ends for the night>

Saturday, July 25

9:45 am: <Bardic Fire Zoom link starts as Open Social space>
9:45 am: <Workshop Tent Zoom link starts as Workshop space>

10:00 am - 12:00 pm: Workshop: Spirituality and Activism (With Andrea Peterson and Ali Browne, Workshop Tent Zoom link)

Feeling the call to activism but yearning to maintain your balance with your craft? Curious about how to incorporate everyday magick in your activism? Do you just want to know HOW to affect change from a policy level and/or how to protect yourself while protesting? In this workshop, we will address all of these topics and more.

12:15 pm - 1:15 pm: Workshop: Milling, Baking, and Brewing: Why We Love Grain (With Cascadian Sean Ciall, Workshop Tent Zoom link)
Join the Miller, the Baker, and the Brewer as they attempt to show John Barleycorn why we all love carbs! The workshop will begin with three short videos, followed by an open discussion between attendees, ritualists, and Lugh. No carbs required.

1:30 pm - 2:30 pm: Workshop: Rain Gardens and Cisterns (With Alex King, Workshop Tent Zoom link)
Mimicking a native forest's natural processes, rain gardens and cisterns slow, capture, and clean rain runoff. Learn how to use rain water for the health of your yard, Puget Sound, and people. Discussion includes incentive programs and rebate information. Alex may be contacted for further information following the workshop at info@gaias-roots.com

2:45 pm - 4:15 pm: Workshop: Application of Energy to Sword Work (With Rich Benack of Sean Ciall Sword Circle, Workshop Tent Zoom link)
This workshop will discuss how energy work (KI) and sword work are closely related and can be used to support each other. At the highest levels, the sword becomes an extension of the wielder’s energy. A sword is not a weapon to cut down an opponent; it is a tool to project and direct one's KI to control an opponent at the physical and psychic level.
In this workshop, we will learn the basics of working with a Bokken (Wooden sword) including basic cuts, strikes, and blocks. We will also practice several sword katas (pre-determined sets of movements). We will then move from the physical to the energetic application of the sword.
RECOMMENDED TOOLS: A Bokken or 3-4 foot wooden staff

4:30 pm - 5:30 pm: Workshop: Ritual and Theatre: Stagecraft for the Circle (With Philip Zebrowan, Workshop Tent Zoom link)
In this workshop we will explore the overlap between ritual and theatre and look for theatrical principles and techniques that can enrich a ritual space.

5:45 pm - 6:30 pm: Ritual: You, After a Fashion (With Jayson of OLOTEAS, Stone Circle Zoom link)
Explore the art of wearing hats and masks during a pandemic without losing your identity.

6:45 pm - 7:30 pm: Lugh is present in His shrine (Stone Circle Zoom link, ask the Warden for an audience)
As Lugh prepares for his duties and sacrifice in the following ritual, he will once more be available for any who wish to converse, and to reflect on the reaping of the harvest. The shrine is open to all. Ask the Warden for an audience for yourself or your group.

8:00 pm - 9:30 pm: Ritual: John Barleycorn Dies (With Cascadian Sean Ciall, Stone Circle Zoom link)
Join Cascadian Sean Ciall to discover what Lugh, as John Barleycorn, decides to do for his people. We recommend participating from a position where you can move and sing easily.
Followed immediately by your choice of two virtual burns - one dedicated to music and dance, the other dedicated to discussion and grounding.

9:30 pm - 11:30 pm: Healing Temple is open (With OLOTEAS Staff, Stone Circle Zoom link)
Come chat with others in a peaceful space. Need a safe space with a listening ear? OLOTEAS staff members will be available if you need a private conversation.

12:30 am: <Bardic Fire open social Zoom link ends for the night>

Sunday, July 26

9:45 am: <Bardic Fire Zoom link starts as Open Social space>
9:45 am: <Workshop Tent Zoom link starts as Workshop space>

10:00 am - 11:00 am: Workshop: Quaker Pagan Meeting for Worship (With Laura of OLOTEAS, Workshop Tent Zoom link)

A long-standing ESP tradition, now going virtual! Join us for a Sunday meditative workshop to reflect on the weekend. This workshop will combine Quaker and Pagan methods of worship into one. Quakers worship by gathering in silence and inviting the Divine to speak through them. We will begin with a brief orientation for people who have never attended Quaker Meeting for Worship. A circle will be cast in Pagan style, and then we will gather in silence. Participants will be invited to contemplate on the festival of Lughnasadh and share any Divine messages with the assembled.

11:10 am - 12:10 pm: Workshop: Pagan Circle Management (With Janice Van Cleve of Women Of The Goddess Circle, Workshop Tent Zoom link)
The Women Of The Goddess Circle has not missed a single Sabbat for over 30 years!  How did we stay in business so long?  What organizational structures and methods did we put in place?  What has been our turnover and what has been our staying power?  Tune in and find out.
Janice Van Cleve is a priestess with the Women Of The Goddess Circle.  We are a feminist Pagan community of women in the Dianic tradition of Wicca.

12:20 pm - 1:20 pm: Workshop: The Long Door: Embracing the Liminal as a Tool in Times of Change (With Meghan Lancaster, Zen Reformed Druids of North America, Workshop Tent Zoom link)
We are currently dwelling in and living through a truly liminal time. We often talk about liminality being a “moment” of change that takes place when we are born or give birth, when we marry or undergo any discrete experience that reorients us in society, culture, family, or our own minds—when we pass the threshold to another state of being.
In this time of COVID, the whole globe is experiencing an extended liminal period. More or less together we entered the unknown. Now we wait in it, wondering how long it will last. We will eventually pass through it, and when we emerge, the world will have changed. The change is inevitable. No one can avoid it, no matter their level of denial. But we have the power to shape that change. What can we as Pagans bring forth from this voyage through the darkness? What do we want this new world to be like? How can we use our unique understanding of life and its interconnectedness to bring hope to those who fear change and the unknown? How can we—as individuals and in community—follow the Mahatma to become the change we wish to see?
Think of this discussion as a sort of brain-storming session. Bring your experiences and your ideas to help inspire others. We have the opportunity to both help guide those around us through this difficult time, and to be a force for good as a very new “normal” emerges after the storm.

1:30 pm - 2:50 pm: Workshop: A Journey of Druidry with Ancient and Modern Traditions of the Land, Sea, and Sky (With Gail Colfax and Rich Ater of Circle of Coll, OBOD, Workshop Tent Zoom link)
In this workshop you’ll hear how Druidry is a spiritual way and practice that speaks to three of our greatest yearnings: to be fully creative in our lives, to commune deeply with the world of Nature, and to gain access to a source of profound wisdom. Listen to a Druidic Story of Healing and Unity, and join in a meditation with Druid teachings to grace your inner wisdom: the sage who dwells within each of us.
Rich Ater is a Druid and member of OBOD and Circle of Coll at the Ovate grade. He is a Sufi and a Christian as well as a Pagan, but has interests in all forms of mysticism and shamanism. He is also interested in the natural world and the use of plants and trees for healing and magic.
Gail Colfax is a Druid and Bard, a member of the Order of Bards, Ovates & Druids (OBOD) and Circle of Coll.  She was taught by her elders indigenous ancestry and earth spirituality.
If you would like more information about the Circle of Coll, please visit our web site http://circleofcoll.org or contact us at circleofcoll@gmail.com.
